Pro-rated $28 million dollar salary for Roger Clemens in 2007... nothing. Kei Igawa's $26 million signing bonus... no problem. Carl Pavano's contract signing... no worries. Smart teams operate via draft/club-friendly extensions while the Yankees can play a different game.
